Standard shipping is 3 to 5 business days. Customer is responsible for shipping fees at checkout.
Our policy is your 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Our supplier must be notified within 15 days from receipt of shipment of any damages or shortages incurred. They will make every effort to remedy any problems that may arise. Packages MUST BE in original packaging and unopened. We (and supplier) cannot accept any returns after the 15 day period.
Due to mandated health codes, food and water items are non-returnable. If necessary, supplier will substitute an item of equal or greater value when that item is unavailable from manufacturers. There will be a 20% restocking fee for returned orders. Please contact us via contact form so that we can request an RMA number from our supplier BEFORE you return the product.
