Operation Instruction
First, plug in the handset directly into your cellphone. (the plug must be fully inserted). To ensure that the plug is correctly installed, you can wiggle the plug to prevent poor contact/static. Noise static may be due to bad signal in your surrounding environment; you may need to move to another location to use your phone to improve your phone connection (just as regular cells phones encounter static noise when there is bad signal). iPhone can receive calls & adjust volume on the receiver, but Androids can only accept phone calls. This handset receiver can also be used for HTC, Samsung, MOTO, and most other mobile phone brands as the plug is quite common & convenient.
*iPhone without 3.5mm jack must require an adapter to work, we do not provide extra adapter.

I really love this handset. It works like a charm. Great sound and it is easy to use. Just plug it in to your mobile phone, adjust the volume and to answer the phone just push the little black button. It is very light weight and great for travel. It will also prevent dropping the phone itself. The cord is long enough to carry it in your shirt pocket or handbag. It also alleviate hand pain from holding the phone for too long. Especially a hot phone. It is not shiny like a house phone either. So you won’t drop the handset. I recommend this to seniors with arthritis. But the young can benefits as well.

I ordered this for my elderly mother who had come to stay with us. We only had cell phones and she could not use them. This gave her the old-time feel used with new technology. She only got to use it a couple of times but I find I like it because the speaker on my phone did not work well, so I can use it to get better quality calls.
